Michael Hardgrove has provided international consulting, structuring and intangible transaction services to numerous public and private companies with operations throughout the world.
Michael focuses his practice on international taxation, concentrating in particular on global business structuring, a process of assessing international tax and operating cost exposures and then designing strategies for management of cost efficiency and key value drivers.
David Evans, Managing Director, North America, Canyon CTS
David has over 14 years of experience working with US-based multinational organizations in relation to their European operations. Previously, David held the position of European Tax Director at an international manufacturing company headquartered in Ireland. He has also worked in a professional advisory capacity with KPMG LLP (both in the US and in Ireland) and advised primarily US-based clients in their global tax planning matters.
Currently, David is based in the New York office of Canyon CTS and focuses on assisting US companies in the implementation of their international expansion plans. He has assisted US private equity groups, technology startups, life science companies and software companies in relation to their European expansion projects.
Charles S. Schneider, Managing Director, Tax Consulting Services, LGC+D LLP
Charles Schneider is currently a Managing Director in LGC&D’s Tax Consulting Services group. Prior to his current role, Charles spent the majority of his career at KPMG, LLP and has almost 30 years of taxation and business consulting experience. His broad hands-on experience encompasses many areas of domestic and international tax planning, compliance and reporting.
He has extensive experience working internationally, including a three-year overseas assignment in London, developing and managing KPMG’s Global Business Transformation practice. He spent a majority of his career as a consultant, assisting large multinationals in developing and implementing integrated business/tax solutions to drive global supply chain financial, operational and tax efficiencies.
